Daniel P. Horan: Paralegal Extraordinaire. Mr. Horan is a model of integrity, efficiency, and patience. He is perpetually warm, caring and displays a big smile for everyone he meets. He is a valued member of the Smyth Law Offices team since 2012. He is able to organize a case in minutes, miraculously obtain records from recalcitrant medical care providers, employers, banks and the like when no one else can. He is the pleasant and familiar voice on the phone when clients call.  He is highly creative and his personable nature always gets the job done. Most importantly, it is the working relationships that he creates with our clients, those around him and with various providers of services that keep the gears of the Smyth Law Offices, P. C. always turning.

Mr. Horan, is born and raised locally with strong connections to the community. He is a graduate of the Framingham State College receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree in 2011.
